More of an Evolution than a Big Bang!

Street Beat Property was an obvious next step as early as 2019. My wife Gillian and I created Baldwin Building Services in 2010 out of both frustration and necessity. After 25 years in the property rental business we decided “enough was enough” when it came to the difficult task of finding reliable trades people to maintain and develop the properties in our portfolio. The aim was simple, bring “in house” the work of maintaining, developing and improving the properties we were renting out.

With the help of our two sons, Baldwin Building Services was created.

Our business was based on a simple set of standards with the overriding watchwords “Everything Counts”

We decided Street Beat Property must be based around that same set of principles offering a top quality service at competitive affordable prices.

The global pandemic was the catalyst needed to get things rolling. Both Gillian and I found ourselves with the time to pull everything together and Street Beat Property was formed.

We realised that we can’t do this or at least move as quickly as we would like on our own. As a result, we welcome the involvement of partners, either on an equity basis or a fixed return.
