We purchased three derelict barn buildings and almost 10 acres of land close to Nantwich in Cheshire. The three buildings were converted into 5 luxury residential properties with a GDV of £2.4 million. They have since all been sold.
The development was completed under the banner of Red Developments, the property development arm of Street Beat Properties.
